Musicals@Vič 2026
On 21st January, an enthusiastic audience gathered to enjoy the premiere of this year’s Musicals@Vič show.
It is one of the few projects entirely organised by students who came together through auditions held at the beginning of the school year. From that point on, the students met during school breaks to rehearse singing under the supervision of Ana Šparl and Jan Rac. Then, after their regular classes, they practised the detailed choreography created by Žana Omerzu, Maja Bratkovič, and Sara Ambrožič.
This year, Musicals@Vič featured songs from many well-known musicals and, due to the high demand for tickets, this was the first time ever that it was performed over three evenings.
The programme included our lively performances of songs from stage shows such as The Greatest Showman and Hamilton, as well as beloved Disney movies like Tangled and Beauty and the Beast, all of which were met with thunderous applause.
Special thanks go to our technical team, led by Erazem Perko, who worked tirelessly throughout the year to deliver a colourful and well-balanced production, and to our talented student photographer, Tara Valentina Kezele, who captured some unforgettable moments which we will always look back on with pride and enjoyment.
