Ljubljana Basketball Championship 2026
On 19th May, the final of the Ljubljana Basketball Championship for this year was held in the main sports hall of Gimnazija Vič
Our own team made it to the finals by beating Šolski center Ljubljana in the semi-finals. We have to admit that we arrived into the finals as the underdogs because our opponents from Srednja upravno administrativna šola were seen as the favourites.
However, a very exciting final game led to victory for the Gimnazija Vič team, meaning that we are Ljubljana champions for the fourth time.
Many congratulations to everyone in the team and all those who worked alongside them to help them achieve this fantastic result.
